Who Are We ? Formed and sanctioned by I.S.R.A. Council in early 2000, this is the home of the Northern Stars Galaxy of the I.S.R.A.(International Star Riders Association). The Northern Stars Galaxy of the I.S.R.A. is a subsidiary of the International Star Riders Association Inc. (I.S.R.A.) and as such is governed by the I.S.R.A. Constitution, Bylaws and Guidelines found on the parent web site.
The Northern Stars Galaxy of the I.S.R.A. is not associated with any other club nor affiliated with any copy cat clubs and is a coalition of I.S.R.A. Constellations
